About Me
Arla is a retired Marriage and Family Systems Therapist in southern California, and a retired Certified Family Life Educator. More importantly, she is a wife, mother, step-mom, and grandmother of nine.
She loves to see people learn and come alive to their best selves. Since writing is another hobby, and health is key to being your best self, she writes for your total health: mental, physical, spiritual. She gets excited about finding answers to questions of life and faith and health, and helping others find theirs as well.
Her biggest passion is pursuing an experiential love relationship with God, and understanding the Rules of Engagement in the universal war between good and evil. She brings together 30+ years experience in family systems therapy and her love of God with her struggle to see a good God in Old Testament Scripture.
